Maximum capacity for the networking event (50 Euro, not included in the registration price): 110 people

The networking event will take place at Winkel van Sinkel (Oudegracht 158, 3511 AZ Utrecht)

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The deadline for the reception of the abstracts is April 24th 2026 at 23:59.

Abstract book will only be available digitally and will be sent around by email prior the meeting.

If confidentiality issues may apply, please contact us after submitting your abstract, and the abstract will be omitted from the booklet.

SELECTION

In the registration form you can indicate whether you would like your abstract to be considered for a 10-min presentation (TBD selected abstracts, priority is given to Early Career Investigators (PhD candidates and Postdocs (up to 5 years) both in Academia and Industry) or only poster with or without the possibility of being selected for a Poster Pitch (2-min presentation to encourage people to visit your poster afterwards). All submitted abstracts not selected for a talk will be automatically moved for poster presentation with the possibility of a 2-min pitch.

Selected abstracts will be announced on May 8th 2026.

POSTER FORMAT

The format of the posters must be: Portrait A0

PITCH FORMAT

The pitch should last no more than 2 minutes. There is no specific format required; we leave this to your creativity. However, please note that if you choose to use a presentation or visuals, a maximum of 3 slides is allowed in powerpoint format. You do not need to put a slide with the title and poster number as we will add this ourselves. Important: Slides must be submitted in advance via the info mail. The deadline for submission is June 10th 2026, at noon.
